Revnue is an AI-powered intelligent digital contract management platform that is transforming the way organizations manage their contracts. By making contract management accessible to everyone, from small businesses to very large enterprises, the company aims to make a positive impact on millions of customers across the globe.

Building a contract management web app that helps small business owners to manage contracts, assets, and suppliers to optimize business decisions.

The Problem

No existing contract & asset management tool provides a quick access to following important financial information:-

  • Too many contracts to keep an account for

  • So many assets connected to contracts

  • Supplier details needs updating

  • Renew and Reminder for expired contract

The biggest challenges I had were… 

  • While we didn't have a formal document upfront, I appreciate the collaborative approach through brainstorming sessions.

  • • Companies have “ASSETS”...(“HARD” assets or “SERVICES” assets)
    • ...”ASSETS” and have “VALUE” ($$$) or “COST” ($$$)
    • …”ASSETS” are linked to “CONTRACTS“…
    • ...”CONTRACTS” have “START” and “END” dates
    • ...”TERM” defines “MONTHS” that “CONTRACT” is “ACTIVE” for 12, 24 or 36 months.
